• Transportation bids were reviewed.  Durham was awarded the bid for transportation.

• Federal and State Program Evaluation was approved as presented.

• Meal prices for the 2013-2014 school year were tabled

• Bus route and total miles were approved for the 2012-2013 school year.

• Amendments to the 2012-2013 budget were approved

• Budget for the 2013-2014 school year was approved

• Policy updates were made.

Principal’s Report

The Board reviewed and discussed the Principal’s Report.

The Board adjourned from their regular meeting to go into the closed meeting at 9:43 p.m.
