November bills and the financial reports were approved as presented.

Public Participation

Rick Clifton and Ashley Clifton addressed the board with concerns of the current transportation company.

• The financial audit for the 2011-2012 school year was approved as presented.

• School Board Self Evaluation was discussed.

• School Food Service Expense Report was approved.

• The Substitute Teacher list was approved.

• Job Descriptions for non-certified staff were discussed and approved.

• A transportation update was given by Dr. Akert.

The Board reviewed and discussed the Principal’s Report. 

Items Presented by Board

Sherri Harper and Tim Taylor will be on the calendar committee.

Several members will attend training for the evaluation program.
